With all the information and ingredients obtained from Planning, we apply the artistic capabilities of our talented staff. Detailed drawings take into consideration prevailing physical property conditions including things like the path of the sun and areas of shade. We develop sketches that explore different angles and perspectives.

Once a design is conceived, we meet with you at our offices to present our ideas. In the process, we analyze the CAD design and sketches and can preview changes on the computer, using 2-d and 3-d images.
