You'll need to decide on the location of your patio, the size, layout, design and the types of pavers to be used in it. There's plenty paving stone designs and patio stones to select from a variety of colors, textures and shapes. Interlocking brick is a good option, however they need to be set professionally or erosion, weather and foot traffic may result in your patio coming "unglued" so to speak. You can have a number of surface treatments applied as well to seal the bricks and make easier to clean and maintain.
